Return and Exchange Policy

At Skimemry, we take pride in offering high-quality physical products to customers worldwide. Due to the unique nature of watch bands (precision products where non-defective returns may affect secondary sales), we currently do not accept returns for non-quality-related issues, except for customers in the European Union and the cases outlined below:

  • EU Customers: EU customers may return products within 14 days of receipt without providing a reason, but customers are responsible for both shipping and return shipping costs. To initiate a return, please contact help@skimemry.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide the return address and instructions.

Returns are accepted in the following cases:

  1. The received product or accessory is damaged, defective, or has significant cosmetic damage (e.g., noticeable scratches, cracks, or damage that affects normal use, such as a clasp that does not fasten or a broken material).
  2. The received product or accessory is missing, as verified by our warehouse.
  3. The received product does not match the style or color ordered.

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please email help@skimemry.com within 3 days from the date of delivery as recorded by the logistics provider. Include at least two clear photos showing the damage (one close-up and one showing the overall condition) for our assessment. We will process your request within 1-3 business days. If you receive an incorrect product, we will promptly arrange for a replacement or refund. Upon verification of the return, we will process the refund within 1-3 business days via the original payment method. The actual refund processing time may vary depending on the payment method or bank, typically taking 5-10 business days.
